The Stoloniferous Hawkweed, a stable natural hybrid between Bauhin's Hawkweed (Hieracium bauhini (Schult.)) and Peletier's Hawkweed (Hieracium peleterianum (Mérat)), is a micro-endemic that is known from only two localities near the town of Regensburg, the Tegernheimer Berge as well as the Scheuchenberg.

The plant was last recorded in the year 1937, responsible for the disappearance of this form are obviously stone quarry operations.
