|The Hawkweed genus contains,
among others, several species, that are very difficult to differentiate
from each other and which are therefore subsumed as so called aggregates (agg.).
Purkyne's Hawk Weed, an endemic of the Sudeten Mountains, was a member of the aggregate of the Gombense Hawk Weed (Hieracium gombense (Lagger & Christener) agg.).
This form is now deemed lost.
